For the past few months I have tried and tested so many recipes online to develop the best vegan gluten free chocolate chip cookie recipe! Some recipes were too oily, some too dry, and I finally created this combination of many recipes that checked all the boxes. I wanted a cookie that was chewy on the inside, yet had a nice crisp golden brown exterior.
These cookies are seriously delicious, kid approved and are the perfect bath size that you don’t make too many at once!

Vegan Gluten Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
These chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are increidble. They are cirsp on the outside and chewy on the inside. They are allergy freindly as they are gluten free, egg free, and dairy free. Kid apporved and so incredibly delivious. Can't wait for you to try them.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut oil solid
- 2-4 tbsp coconut cream/liquid (Add as needed to form chunks)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a pan with parchment paper.
- Add all dry ingredients into a bowl except the chocolate chips and mix ingredients together.
- Add wet ingredients to the mixture. The coconut cream/liquid can be added as needed until you can form the batter into chunks.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Form small chunks of batter and add chunks onto the parchment paper covered pan.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes until the cookies are golden brown on the outside.
I tried this recipe and by far the best healthy, guilt free, kids approved yummiest treat ever!
