Ingredients
Mousse Ingredients
- 2 avocados or 1 large
- 1/4 cup raw honey, coconut sugar, or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup water, nut milk, or cocnut cream
- 1/4 cup almond butter
Toppings
- Fresh Berries
- Granola
- Maple Syrup
- Sea Salt
Instructions
- Mix all mousse ingredients in a food processor. If dry, add additional water or nut milk.
- Top with any of the toppings and enjoy!
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
