Yoga for tight hips and hamstrings 💁🏻♀️⬇️⬇️⬇️
As long as I can remember, I’ve had tight hips and hamstrings. I’ve been really working on daily yoga postures to help improve my flexibility.
Here are some of the postures I’ve been using to help me. From top to bottom:
⭕️ Supine straight leg twist from side to side using a resistance band
⭕️ Cowface with twist
⭕️ Lizard
⭕️ Standing forward bend with arms extended overhead
⭕️ Pigeon
⭕️ Frog
⭕️ Wide leg forward fold
⭕️ Butterfly
⭕️ Seated forward fold with strap
Instead of trying to arrive anywhere, I am increasing my self love for the present moment and where I am in my journey. The more I surrender to what is, the more whole I start to feel.
