EASY Healthy Homemade Granola

If you love granola, this recipe is a keeper! It’s super simple to make and the best part is it’s full of delicious ingredients. For the longest time I struggled to find a granola that didn’t have preservatives or hydrogenated oils. We make this weekly in my home.

Here are some of the ingredients that I personally use to make this recipe (#ad):

EASY HEALTHY HOMEMADE GRANOLA

This is an easy homemade granola recipe. It takes minutes to mix together and slow bakes for a flavor full of depth and deliciousness!

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped cashews
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • dash of salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Optional

  • 1 bar dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dry ingredients together
  • Add in wet ingredients and make sure all dry ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure an even bake. 
  • If you love chocolate, you can melt dark chocolate over the warm granola before jarring it for storage. 

Notes

Note: The cashews and walnuts can be swapped for other nuts or seeds.
