Today I will share my go to smoothie bowl recipe! I love this smoothie because it really nourishes me and makes me feel so healthy. It isn’t too heavy and isn’t too light – basically its a perfect blend of nutrients for my body that helps me feel fantastic. If you are missing any of the ingredients, you can omit them or sub them out for anything else you may have. My recipe changed daily with what I have in my home. So even if you are missing some of the ingredients, feel free to try out this recipe!

This is my go to morning smoothie bowl recipe. It has a nice balance of ingredients that fuels my body and nourishes me for a fabulous morning!

Ingredients
  

Blender Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pitaya (or 1 serving powder)
  • 1 cup greens (baby spinach or mixed greens)
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp macqui powder
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 1/2 cup water

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup homemade granola
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all blender ingredients into a high performance blender and blend.
  • Top with toppings of your choice.
  • Enjoy!
