Stressed? Having trouble sleeping? Can’t stop thinking? Need to find a way to relax?
Meditation has helped me greatly in my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. It assisted me in healing autoimmune skin problems I had been battling with since childhood.
If you have never meditated before, no problem! You can start today. Find a comfortable place to sit either in a chair or on the floor. Try to make sure your vertebrae are stacked and you feel tension free in your back. If sitting is too hard, feel free to lie down. This is my favorite way to receive a meditation. You can place a covering over your eyes if you would like.
Sometimes I fall asleep when I meditate- I call these sessions, “Napitations.” Your body, mind and spirit will get whatever you need and whatever is for your highest good.
