What a wild and crazy ride this year has been. As

What a wild and crazy ride this year has been. As I sit on my bed and reflect on this year and all the things that I got to see and experience, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the people I met, the places I visited, and the experiences I had.

2022 was a year of high highs and low lows. I learned to be present for it all and let my body experience the full rainbow of emotions.

This clip shows some of my Bali footage. I was offline most my trip and never got to share all the amazingness I was blessed to experience when in Indonesia.

And most importantly, I am thankful for each of you being here, with me on this crazy ride through life. I love you from the bottom of my heart.
