What a wild and crazy ride this year has been. As

What a wild and crazy ride this year has been. As I sit on my bed and reflect on this year and all the things that I got to see and experience, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the people I met, the places I visited, and the experiences I had.

2022 was a year of high highs and low lows. I learned to be present for it all and let my body experience the full rainbow of emotions.

This clip shows some of my Bali footage. I was offline most my trip and never got to share all the amazingness I was blessed to experience when in Indonesia.

And most importantly, I am thankful for each of you being here, with me on this crazy ride through life. I love you from the bottom of my heart.

I don’t ask for anything, other than that I be of service and be a vessel for divine expression. After winds bring turbulence to our waters, through stillness and observation, we are able to feel the uncomfortable- and once the uncomfortable is felt, we are able to return to love. Sometimes it takes deep forgiveness and letting go, but the still waters always can return if we so choose.
