Chaat is a perfect snack or light meal that provides an array of mouth-watering tastes that keep you coming back for more. This healthy recipe is easy to make, adaptable and is so delicious.
Crispy topping of choice. We used Bombay Bhel Mix. Feel free to sub out for potatoe chips or anythign you may have in your pantry that provides a crunch.
(Optional Toppings) Chaat Powder, Black Salt, Green Chillies, Pomograntate Seeds, Green Chutney, Tamarind Chutney, and Yogurt
Instructions
Mix potatoes, garbanzo beans, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon, yogurt mix and tamarind chutney.
Serve in bowls and add crispy topping of choice. Feel free to add any of the optional toppings to the mix for a more flavorful chaat. Use creative liberty here as chaat is open ended and lends itself well to a vast array of different flavors. Enjoy!
