Super Yum Chocolate Date Balls

These chocolate date balls are seriously delicious! They are so easy to make and are the perfect late night fix to enjoy a sweet bite after a meal. They are made with high quality healthy ingredients making them a great go to guilt free indulgence. This recipe is super flexible so if you don’t have certain ingredients or want to improvise, swap out any of the nuts of seeds or other nuts and seeds you prefer more. You can for example swap the walnuts for pecans or cashews if you prefer these nuts. The hemp can be swapped for chia seeds or pumpkin seeds. Chocolate Date Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Dates
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp high quality dark or semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 2/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp water or nut milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend. Blend until ingredients are incorporate and still chunky.
  • Using the palms of your hand, roll into balls.
  • Enjoy with a cup of tea!
